Thrive Consulting Collective
Fractional COO for clinician-owned
practices in Georgia.
Thrive Consulting Collective is based in the Atlanta metro and works with clinician-owned practices across Georgia and nationwide. Embedded operational leadership — workflows, SOPs, decision rights, and revenue cycle — from an operator who has built and run practices, not advised on them from the outside.
Based in Georgia. Working nationally.
Thrive Consulting Collective is a Georgia limited liability company, based in the Atlanta metro. Engagements run remotely by default — current and past work spans multiple states — and on-site time is available where it earns its cost, with travel billed separately.
So the honest version: being local is not a requirement for working together. It is simply useful when it applies.
What being here actually gets you.
- Same time zone, same working day. Not a scheduling detail when a decision needs to be made before the afternoon session.
- On-site when it matters. Some things — front-desk flow, how a room actually turns over, what the team does when the owner walks out — are worth seeing in person rather than described on a call.
- A local professional network. Attorneys, bookkeepers, and RCM firms who already understand the Georgia market, for the work that sits outside my lane.
The Georgia structural question.
Aesthetic and clinician-owned practices in Georgia operate under specific requirements around medical direction, supervision and delegation, and how ownership is organized. Those requirements shape what your operation can look like before a single workflow gets designed.
That is a healthcare attorney's domain, and I will say so on the call. My work is making sure the operation runs consistently with the structure your counsel has already set — and flagging it early when an operational question is really a structural one wearing a workflow costume.
Who this is for.
Clinician-owned concierge, MedSpa, and specialty practices. Solo to small group, one to three locations, roughly $250K to $2M in revenue, established or pre-launch. Cash-pay, membership, hybrid, or insurance.
Also community wellness operators with institutional backing — a different engagement model, scoped around programs and funding streams rather than providers and service lines.
How it starts.
With the Thrive Operating Review. Six weeks inside the operation, ending with an operational maturity scorecard, a revenue leakage analysis with the opportunity quantified, a prioritized roadmap, and a 90-day action plan carrying owners and dates.
