Thrive Consulting Collective

Privacy policy.

Short version: I collect the minimum I need to have a useful conversation with you, I don't sell it, and you can ask me to delete it at any time.

What this covers.

This policy applies to we-thrive.co and to information you send through the contact form on this site or by email. It does not cover information handled inside a signed client engagement — that is governed by your service agreement, which is more specific and takes precedence.

What I collect.

When you submit the contact form, I collect what you type into it: your name, your email address, optionally your practice or organization name, how you heard about Thrive, and your message. Nothing is required beyond name, email, and message.

The site also records standard technical information that any web server or analytics tool sees — pages visited, approximate location, referring source, browser type. This is aggregate and is not used to identify you individually.

I do not collect payment information through this website.

What I do not collect.

No protected health information. Thrive does not access or handle PHI, and this website is not a place to send it. If you are describing an operational problem, describe the process — not a patient. If patient-identifiable information reaches me through this site, I delete it.

I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

How it gets used.

To reply to you, to prepare for a conversation if we schedule one, and to keep a record of that correspondence. That is the whole list.

I do not sell your information, rent it, or share it with advertisers. I do not add you to a marketing list because you sent a message. If I ever start a newsletter, you will have to ask for it.

Where it lives.

Contact form submissions are stored in HubSpot, the customer relationship system Thrive uses. Email is handled through Google Workspace. Scheduling runs through Google Calendar. This site is hosted on Cloudflare. Each of those providers processes data under its own terms and security practices.

These are service providers acting on Thrive's behalf. They are not permitted to use your information for their own marketing.

How long it's kept.

Enquiries that do not become engagements are kept for up to two years and then deleted, so that if you come back I have the context of what we already discussed. Records connected to a signed engagement follow the retention terms in that agreement.

Your choices.

You can ask me what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email info@we-thrive.co and I will handle it directly — not a ticketing system. I aim to respond within five business days.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional statutory rights — including under the California Consumer Privacy Act or the UK and EU GDPR. I extend the same handling to everyone regardless of location, so the request process above is the same either way.

Cookies and analytics.

This site uses minimal cookies. Any analytics in use are configured for aggregate measurement — how many people found a page, and from where — not individual tracking or advertising profiles. You can block cookies in your browser without losing access to anything on this site.

Changes to this policy.

If this policy changes materially, the date at the top changes with it. Continued use of the site after a change means the updated policy applies.
